Effective potential for fermion pairs in non-relativistic Maxwell-Chern-Simons-matter theory

In Maxwell-Chern-Simons-matter theory, there is the possibility that two equal-charged fermions can form a bound state pair. We consider the theory in the nonrelativistic limit and obtain the effective potential for the fermion pairs. It is shown that the weak coupling is essential for the condensation of fermion pairs.
