한국어 예비 교사의 교수 역량 함양을 위한 플립러닝 적용 수업 개발 실행연구 : ‘한국어교수법’ 교과목의 개발 및 실행 사례를 중심으로

초록

This study proposed a flipped learning-based teaching method for learners who require practical knowledge, to improve the teaching abilities of future Korean language teachers. This class development study critically analyzed learners' performance patterns during the implementation of the classes and reflected on the results to refine the class plan and model. Previous studies have limitations; they have focused either on class development or quantitatively reporting class implementation results. This study adopted an action research approach to develop a flipped learning-based teaching method that cultivates the teaching abilities of Korean language instructors. The final teaching model was established through reflective reflection and expert consultation, with a focus on learners' responses and class interaction patterns. Challenges were encountered during class implementation, and careful planning and strategies were necessary to motivate learners and foster a cooperative learning environment. Additionally, it was confirmed that utilizing classroom support tools could activate passive learners' participation and that an appropriate evaluation method was required to accurately assess learners' achievement.
