물류서비스업에서의 신뢰와 프로세스통합: 물류서비스업체와 화주기업의 도덕적 자기규제와 보상조정 중심의 실증연구

초록

The objective of this study is to suggest and analyze the conceptual model regarding to the effects of benevolence and competence trust which are the sub-dimensions of trust on the process integration through moral self-regulation and incentive alignment between logistics service providers and shipper. Furthermore, this study identify the possibility of mediation effect of moral self-regulation and incentive alignment. We collected 261 questionnaires through the survey about the relationship between logistics service providers and shipper. SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 has been used to identify reliability and validity. As the results, all hypotheses has been supported. However, the results show that benevolence influence on process integration negatively (H5). This study suggests a framework of supply chain management with a new perspective beginning trust to process integration. Further, it helps managers to integrate the process between firms by conceptualizing moral self-regulation and incentive alignment as the control mechanisms against opportunism, so that managers could use those mechanisms as a control tools.
