초록

This study analysed the recurring experiences of female who experienced alcohol dependence in South Korea in the context of specific aspects and times by applying Giorgi's phenomenological methodology. Seven women who experienced a relapse participated in this study. Analysis revealed 6 structures and 28 semantic definitions derived through the essential structure of the following concepts: 'time counterattack', 'the mind is already drunk', and 'repeated learning'. Particularly, the results enabled the identification of recurrent experiences due to psychological and standard factors, social and family support, hospitality, and withdrawal symptoms. Based on the results, this study suggested some practical and political implications.
