蘇軾詩 王十朋 集註說 논쟁에 대한 일고찰
초록
This study examines the long-standing debate over the compiler of the Baijiazhu of Su Shi's poetry, with particular focus on the attribution of its compilation to Wang Shipeng. Beginning with the doubts raised by Qing-dynasty scholars involved in the Sikuquanshu project and extending to studies of the twenty-first century, the paper reviews previous scholarship and evaluates both the achievements and limitations of the debate from an objective perspective. The discussion first surveys late-Qing rebuttals to the Siku scholars’ critique, then outlines the twentieth-century scholarly landscape in which refined rebuttals coexisted with new interpretive attempts to expand the explanatory scope of the pseudonymous attribution theory. It further examines major affirmative and critical positions that have emerged since the twenty-first century, assessing their respective methodological strengths and weaknesses. The study concludes that, in the absence of newly discovered decisive evidence, the question of Wang Shipeng's role is unlikely to be resolved definitively and is better understood as a problem of interpretation rather than conclusive proof. At the same time, it emphasizes the historiographical significance of this debate in advancing our understanding of the formation of the Baijiazhu, its editorial background, and the culture of Su Shi poetry annotation in the Southern Song period. Finally, the paper presents the author's synthesized perspective on Wang Shipeng's authorship and examines more appropriate ways of indicating compiler attribution in classified annotated editions of Su Shi's poetry.
