중학교 전환기 다문화 배경 학습자를 위한 입학 전 학교 적응 프로그램 개발의 방향과 실제 -또래 문화 기반 의사소통 교육 프로그램을 중심으로-

초록

In a cultural convergence society characterized by multiple languages and cultures, the development direction of school adaptation programs for multicultural learners during the transition period of middle school students was proposed and the feasibility of implementing them was reviewed centering on ‘the cultural-oriented communication education program’. To do this, chapters 2 confirmed the need for pre-admission school adaptation programs for multicultural learners in this research and cultural convergence society by closely examining existing prior studies. Based on the above discussions, Chapter 3 suggested that the direction should be set from the perspective of cultural diversity education, the perspective of global civic education, and social integration, and the contents of cross-cultural understanding and mutual respect and competency-oriented education should be developed. Lastly, Chapter 4 reviewed the significance of orientation presented in the original text by looking at ‘Next Generation Culture-Oriented Communication Training Program’, which was developed by applying the contents provided in Chapter 3.
