초록

Achieving and maintaining transparent surfaces/substrates are crucial for a wide optical-related applications. However, surface reflection and fogging often hinder to achieve high transparency. Furthermore, previous methods for combining anti-reflection (AR) and anti-fogging (AF) effects have been limited by complexity, cost, and substrate-specific requirements, highlighting a need for a universal and versatile solution. To address these challenges, we present a novel polymer brush perfluoropolyether (PFPE; n similar to 1.34) sticker (PBPS) that integrates both AR and AF properties. This hybrid film was fabricated by grafting hydrophilic polymer chains onto moth- eye-inspired PFPE nanostructures. The fabricated PBPS demonstrates superior optical properties under both dry (> 97 %) and wet conditions (>95 %) with the help of simultaneous implementation of AR and AF effects. In addition, the PBPS is thin (approximate to 40 mu m) and adhering to various substrates with different curvatures (bending radius approximate to 2 mm). The PBPS maintains its initial optical and mechanical properties even after harsh durability tests. The PBPS exhibits useful and intriguing demonstration of eyeglasses and safety goggles as potential applications.
