초록
The purpose of this study is to investigate how individual managers from supplying firms build trust with counterparts from buying firms focusing on the reduction of mutual process control efforts in explaining trust between supplying and buying firms. Also, the effect of such trust on supplying firms' logistics performance is investigated. The result indicates that the trust viewed from supplying firms' managers has an significant impact on supply chain performance.
