We consider implementing a P2P energy trading over Hyperledger Fabric 1.4 to be used in South Korea. We expect prosumers and consumers to trade for their best benefit. Accordingly, their decisions will reflect the Korean electricity tariff system (progressive and/or time-dependent pricing). We identify major architecture or algorithmic parameters which affect the performance of our implementation of the trading system over Hyperledger. We use Hyperledger Caliper to measure the performance (latency, throughput) of our implementation, varying the identified parameters (vCPU, the number of channels, endorsement policy). As a result, we develop a trade-off scheme between the performance target and the resource. © 2020 IEEE.
