기혼부부의 부부갈등을 둘러싼 성평등 요인 탐색: 남편과 아내 모델 비교를 중심으로

This study focuses on social problems arising from marital conflict among married couples. While various factors affect marital conflict, considering women's increased participation in the workforce, the study aims to examine how domestic reproductive factors(children relation, spouse relation, household division, children care) relate to marital conflict. it aims to explore the gap in perceptions through mutual evaluations between husbands and wives. To this end, hierarchical regression analysis was conducted on 622 couples (1,244 individuals) nationwide. Results from the Model 1 showed that for both husbands and wives, children relation, spouse relation, household division reduced marital conflict, while child care was not significant. In the Model 2 analysis, differences in perceptions between husbands and wives were found among micro-level gender equality factors. In the wife model, husbands' involvement in childcare increased marital conflict. The above results support the investment model and suggest that institutions such as family centers should provide educational programs for couples.
