한국어 교사의 역량 강화를 위한 교사 재교육의 실태와 개선 방향 : 온라인 한국어 교사 재교육 프로그램을 중심으로

초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the actual condition of the program based on the theoretical exploration of the principle of development of the online teacher re-education program for Korean language teachers, and to suggest ways to improve the program to strengthen the competence of Korean teachers. The principle of development of online teacher re-education program is proposed as follows: (1)in terms of educational purposes, diversification of the curriculum is needed to strengthen the competence of Korean teachers, (2)considering the in-service teacher in terms of the learning agent, the actualization of the educational contents for the learning subject-directed learning is necessary, and (3)considering the characteristics of online distance education in terms of educational media, it is necessary to activate interactions to increase the participation of learning agents. Based on these discussions, the state of operation of online teacher re-education programs developed and operated by National Institute of the Korean Language(https://kcenter.korean.go.kr), King Sejong Institute Foundation(https://www.sejonghakdang.org), Overseas Koreans Foundation(http://study.korean.net) were reviewed focusing on learning agents, types of lectures, and then contents of education, considering the characteristics, we suggested the improvement direction of the current educational program. The study is significant in that it focuses on online teacher re-education programs that have not received relatively much attention despite the need for systematic discussions on re-education of Korean teachers and the need to devise and implement intensive educational contents.
