일본 법과대학원에 있어서의 민사법의 이론교육과 실무교육의 조화

초록

This Article chiefly discusses education method on civil law in Japanes Law School. This is based on the content on which it reported in the 20th anniversary symposiumon of Sogang Law School on December 5, 2008 and adds a variety of background facts and the reference literature. Japanese Law School is model of Korean Law School immediately. Therefore, Korean Law School become references as for the education method. However, there are some basic differences in both curriculums, too. This Article take up a general background fact of Japanese Law School, examines a concrete method of a education on civil law. is examined here. We presented the lecture by the Socrates Method in Japan based on the method that is knowhow of lecturing on civil law accumulated in Department of Law.
