Entrepreneurship Changes in the Aviation Industry - Humane Entrepreneurial Orientation and Organizational Performance -

According to the changes of the times, the values and growth methods that companies pursue have evolved. The humane entrepreneurship presented recently in the age of increasing the pursuit of human value worldwide and emphasizing creativity is an organizational growth method that emphasizes human growth along with business growth. In the case of the aviation industry in Korean, major players, including Incheon International Airport Corporation, have recently declared the people-centered management policies and are actively promoting it. We present a research model based on a resource-based view that explores the mediating role of empowerment system and expert system as the organizational innovation system in relation to humane entrepreneurial orientation and organizational commitment and organizational performance respectively through catch this change. The results show that the elements that make up the humane entrepreneurship have a positive effect on organizational commitment and organizational performance through of empowerment system and innovation system. Therefore, we propose to enhance the value of human resources, innovation, and sustainable growth, as a source of corporate competitiveness by managing business and human growth in a balanced manner and structuring them at organizational level. The findings of this study can be applied to the aviation industry where key organizational players recently empathize safety and welfare of employees. While keeping this policy forward, the companies need to institutionalize the balanced way of business growth and human development by embedding the effective empowerment and expert systems to improve organizational commitment.
