Study of Kim Jong Un’s Leadership based on the Motive Imagery Analysis

This paper uses the motive imagery tool to analyze Kim Jong Un's leadership. The motive imagery analysis of Kim Jong Un reveals that while the power imagery is strong, the achievement imagery is also shown to be relatively high. On the other hand, the affiliation-intimacy imagery is shown to be very low. This type of motive imagery reflects the fact that the nation development is the supreme objective for Kim Jong Un, the Party and the nation being the driving force of this development. Power imagery and achievement imagery will certainly continue to remain strong in Kim Jong Un's motive imagery analysis.
