청년의 완벽주의적 자기제시와 외로움의 관계에서 SNS중독경향성의 매개효과와 영성의 조절된 매개효과

초록

This study focused on how psychological burdens imposed by developmental tasks in the youth lead to loneliness. To this end, it examined 671 youth, The analysis showed: First, higher perfectionistic self-presentation tendencies were associated with increased SNS addiction tendencies and loneliness. Second, SNS addiction tendencies partially mediated the relationship between perfectionistic self-presentation and loneliness. Third, spirituality moderated the mediating relationship among perfectionistic self-presentation, SNS addiction tendencies, and loneliness. These findings support both the social disconnection model and the holistic model, providing academic value. They also hold practical significance by suggesting that cultivating personal spirituality beyond superficial relationships with others can reduce loneliness and enhance quality of life at a fundamental level. Finally, the study's limitations were discussed, and suggestions for future studies.
