초록
Transition temperature, thermal analysis, microstructural change and magnetic properties of the Y1Ba2Cu(3-x)Sb(x)O(y) high T(c) superconductor have been investigated in the range from x = 0.0 to 1.0. The high T(c) orthorhombic phase remains with increasing Sb2O3 up to x = 0.4, and then the effect levels off. The second phases of BaCuO2, CuO and Sb2O5 Start to appear at x = 0.05 while the amount of Y1Ba2Cu3O(y) phase decreases and completely disappears at x = 1.0 leaving only the second phases. The magnetization decreases with increasing Sb2O3 to x = 0.4. The XPS spectra of Cu and Sb core levels show the deterioration of superconductivity due to the doping with Sb2O3.
