연관성규칙을 이용한 기계번역프로그램의 유용성 평가와 지속 사용 의향의 관계 분석

초록

This study attempts to analyze the causal relationship of usefulness and continuous use intention on machine translation program. Usefulness is measured in terms of content equivalence, faithfulness, intonation relevance, paragraph separation, connection smoothness, appropriate word use, logic, context retention, naturalness, and the delivery of meaning and information. Continuous use intention is measured in terms of overall satisfaction, continuous use intention, recommendation intention, substitute program search, and paid program search. The derived association rules indicate that satisfaction and continuous use with the currently using program are related to the positive evaluation on connection smoothness, appropriate word use, logic, and naturalness. On the other hand, when users are satisfied with appropriate word use and the delivery of the intended meaning and information, they tend to perceive less need on searching substitute and even higher level, paid translation programs.
