모바일 클라우드와 소셜 앱의 활용 패턴 분석

초록

This study analyzed the user pattern in Korean mobile cloud and social network services. The mobile device for various applications and user environment are investigated, and the analysis of the users' level of usage and their needs is followed. The survey was conducted on the current part-time MBA students and MBA graduates who might have been undergoing collaborative work through their work as well as their team projects in the MBA program. Surprisingly, more than half of the respondents revealed no significant increase in using the cloud and mobile application service. The primary usage of mobile device includes information searching, music and movie contents. The desirable functions were easy sharing, most recent version management, and project-based documentation. Non-users, including a low level of usage users, wanted chatting and multi-editing functions.
