초록

We propose a blockchain-based real estate registry system that leverages Multi-Level Mapping techniques to improve scalability and transparency. Traditional registry systems suffer from inefficiencies and risks associated with centralized control, while existing blockchain solutions struggle with dynamic property updates due to reliance on static metadata storage. Our system employs a Multi-Level Mapping structure that organizes property data hierarchically across Time, Key, and Value, enabling systematic tracking of changes over time. The proposed system supports real-Time updates of property records and ownership transfers, eliminating delays and inconsistencies in traditional processes. By incorporating temporal variables, it constructs a three-dimensional data mapping framework, facilitating dynamic property management while preserving historical records. Ownership transfers and updates are executed efficiently using Soliditybased smart contracts on the Ethereum Virtual Machine. We validated our system in a simulated real estate trading environment, demonstrating a 30% improvement in data accessibility and a significant reduction in management costs. This scalable and transparent framework addresses critical challenges in real estate systems, paving the way for efficient and secure property data management. © 2025 IEEE.
