초록

This paper is written for two aims. The one is to clarify the licensing conditions of Korean Josa, especially the licensing condition of the structural case Josa(KSTR). This condition is based on the distributional behavior of KSTR and can explain so called the ECM construction and the nominative object construction. The other is to describe and explain the morphotactic aspects of Josa: KLEX > KSTR, Conjunction > KLEX, KLEX > Conjunctive Josa, Conjunction > D(elimiter), D > KSTR, and KLEX > D. These syntagmatic relations are explained by the licensing conditions and the rule order including some peculiar lexical properties: idiosyncratically, D '-ggaji, -butheo, -mada, -man' can precede KLEX.
