초록

A simple and mass-producible electron beam-based reduction of grapheme oxide (GO) suspensions in nonaqueous N,N'-dimethylformamide (DMF) was described. GO prepared by a well-known modified Hummer's method was homogenously dispersed in DMF, and then irradiated by electron beams at different absorbed doses to reduce GO. The analytical results clearly confirmed that GO suspensions in DMF were successfully reduced by electron beam irradiation, which was dependent on the absorbed dose. Moreover, based on the electrical conductivity measurement, the reduced graphene oxide (rGO) started to exhibit the electrical conductivity a tan absorbed dose of 100 kGy, and further enhanced up to 42.0 S/m with a further increase in the absorbed dose. This radiolytic reduction method can brighten the prospects for the industrial mass production of rGO.
