초록

Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) ( PEDOT: PSS) is widely used as a hole-transport layer (HTL) in perovskite solar cells (PSCs) with inverted ( p-i- n) structures. However, problems associated with the corrosivity of PEDOT:PSS prevent the commercialization of such PSCs. To solve this problem, we fabricated inverted PSCs using [ 2-(9H-carbazol-9- yl)ethyl]phosphonic acid (2PACz) as HTL. We used a mixture of N- methyl-2-pyrrolidone and N, N-dimethylformamide in the perovskite precursor, which reduced the amount of the antisolvent chlorobenzene. We investigated the physical effects of the amount of antisolvent used. In addition, we suggest a method to improve the performance of inverted PSCs using 2PACz as the HTL, thereby achieving higher performance. [GRAPHICS] .
