The Effect of Leadership for on Service Firms’ Organizational Culture

초록
This study investigated the effect of leadership on organizational culture and moderated effect of external environment on the relationship between leadership and organizational culture in service firms. Specifically, consequence of transformational and transactional leadership on organizational culture were analyzed statistically. To analyze our hypothesis, each three respondents of departments, teams, and other sub-organizations were surveyed. Final 402 samples of 147 sub-organizations in 51 firms were used in analysis. As a result, more positive relationship was found between transformational leadership and group culture, developmental culture, and rational culture than hierarchical culture.
