· Research topics: The purpose of this study is to examine the financial effect on the domestic economy for about 10 years after the establishment of ABGNA of Busan New Port. · Research background: It is necessary to analyze the economic effect of Amway Asia Logistics Hub Center, which is the first successful case of logistics attraction after Busan New Port was designated as a free economic zone. · Differences from prior research: This study attempts to find problems and solutions by analyzing successful cases of actual company. · Research method: The background and current status of the free economic zone, the background of the establishment of the Amway Asia Logistics Hub Center, and the economic effect of the 10 years after establishment were analyzed. · Research results: Amway Asia Logistics Hub Center recorded the highest cumulative cargo volume, contributing to the revitalization of the local economy through creation of new jobs and win-win management with partner companies. · Contribution points and expected effects: Continuous policy support is needed to attract investment from global companies such as Amway within the free economic zone.
