창작 협업을 위한 아바타 음성채팅 기반 메타버스 회의 도구의 설계 요소 탐색: 전시 큐레이션 사례를 중심으로

초록

This study aimed to explore design elements that promote emotional and social interaction in remote creative collaboration and support the visualization of collaborative flows. To this end, a prototype of a metaverse meeting tool based on avatar-based voice chat was developed, using exhibition curation meetings as a case study. A qualitative user evaluation was conducted with four professional curators, involving task observation and in-depth interviews, to examine how avatar interactions are utilized in collaborative meetings. Based on the analysis, five design guidelines for the future development of metaverse collaboration tools were derived.
