초록

This study proposes a model to evaluate the integrity of grain flow generated during the hot forging process of disks and introduces a methodology for its quantitative assessment. Grain flow represents the deformation paths of the material during forging and plays a critical role in determining the mechanical properties and structural reliability of forged components. Therefore, a systematic evaluation of grain flow integrity is essential for optimizing process design and ensuring product quality. This study developed a framework to analyze grain flow characteristics using forging process data and to evaluate their structural integrity precisely. The proposed methodology enhances the reliability of the disk hot forging process. It lays the foundation for advanced process optimization strategies to improve the performance and quality of forged components.
